Recycling Programs
We organize recycling programs to ensure our contributions to the landfill is minimal as possible.
Waterless Printing
We utilize waterless inks for our presses. Waterless inks produce at least 98% less water over conventional offset presses, 75% fewer emissions of volatile organic compounds and up to 40% reduction in job setup ("make ready") wastes.
Environmental Papers
At Rayacom we promote the use of 100% post-consumer recycled paper or FSC certified. Our house gloss text and card stock are FSC certified.
Chemical Free CTP
A traditional printer makes plates by burning film, burning the image onto plates then processing the plates using chemicals. At Rayacom, we have invested in a modern automated computer-to-plate system, where imaging is done directly from the computers and there are no chemicals nor waste to dispose.
