The answer to this is simple. Rayacom services a large volume of clients. Therefore, we have more buying power for production supplies such as paper, and ink. In addition, we have the most latest digital printing presses that are designed to cut down labor costs. By cutting down production costs, we are able to save more money for our clients!

How is Rayacom able to provide 24 hour turnaround time?
For short run orders Rayacom is able to provide 24 hour turnaround time. We can do this because Rayacom uses digital presses. Digital presses have minimal set up time and the ink dries faster than running on traditional presses. In addition, our production department is open late to make sure that our clients get their print jobs on time.

What file formats are accepted?
When submitting your files for print, please be sure they are 300dpi, and must be flattened images (no layers, and text must be converted to curves) Accepted formats include JPEG, TIFF, PDF or PSD All artwork must include no less than 1/4" gutter on all sides! (in other words, there must be at least 1/4" between the edge of your flyer and the first piece of text or important graphics or logo) Please only send your image as 1-up, to the exact size you would like them cut, without crop marks. Please keep in mind all quoted/requested sizes are subject to 5% size allowance. Should your file not comply with the above guidelines, we are unable to guarantee final product will be as you intended.
