Graphic Design Artist

We are currently seeking graphic designers who can conceptualize and produce graphics and design layouts for web and print materials.  The graphic designer will work closely with the sales and marketing department to ensure high quality design consistency across the company and to develop creative material that meets project requirements

   

Prerequisites:
Post-secondary design-based degree or diploma and knowledge of commercial design principles, processes and timeframes
One or two years experience in a graphic design role with emphasis on creation of print materials
Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite products
Portfolio of work containing samples of print, web and presentation material
Strong attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter
Proven time management and organizational skills

Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an administrative assistant to assist in the company’s paper work and accounting department. The administrative assistant will be attentive to detail and a self starter.

 

If selected to join our team, you will:

 Interact with clients

Write letters and fax documents

Enter invoices into ledger book

Retrieve invoices from ledger book

Collect payments from clients

Successful candidates will possess some or all of the following:

Understand invoicing and accounts receivables procedures

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong Computer Skills

Knowledge of simply accounting

Organized with excellent time management skills
